El lugar está a solo 3 cuadras de la famosa Quinta Avenida, donde encontrarás cafés, bares, restaurantes, boutiques y quioscos, ¡y muchas personas que lo ven! ¡Y solo una cuadra más y llegas a la playa en la calle 38! A pocas cuadras de clubes de playa como Mamitas, Kool, Coralina Day Club y el Grand Hyatt, donde a menudo organizan un espectacular brunch los domingos.

¡Este lugar es el paraíso de los vacacionistas! Usted no necesitará un coche en absoluto, pero si usted tiene uno, usted tendrá su propio espacio de estacionamiento en las instalaciones. Camine hasta la Quinta Avenida y tome un café en la cafetería y chocolatería local llamada Ah Cacao. O golpear Starbucks, si es más familiar, que también está en el camino. ¡También puedes relajarte en casa donde tienes tu propio patio privado y piscina de salpicaduras o dirigirte al salón de la terraza de la azotea y tomar el sol o nadar en la piscina con hermosas vistas de la playa!

Todo lo que necesitas está a pocos pasos o en coche para llegar. Incluso hay un Walmart cerca. Además, también hay muchas cosas diferentes que ver y hacer en Playa del Carmen, desde la playa y los clubes de playa, deportes acuáticos como snorkel, buceo, paddle boarding y paseos en bote, parques ecológicos con ríos subterráneos, antiguas ruinas mayas, cenotes (¡sumideros naturales especiales para esta área!), excursiones privadas en barco/yate y pesca, golf, excursiones de un día a Tulum o Cancún, ¡y mucho más!

This place was in a great location , it was impeccably clean!!! which we really appreciated -we did have a few things that we needed help with like resetting the safe and unlocking one of the remote to the AC, maintenance dealt with them in a very timely manner. The photos are a bit out dated seems those photos were taken when the loft Was brand new , it's a bit weathered since then but still served its purpose. It could use a few more items like dish towels , tongs an upgrade on cook wear but all in all great little place good location with a good restaurant across the street! Cheers

close enough to town, and cheaper than other places. great pool upstairs. just put in "zilha42 condominium" into the map to get there - the map links took us to the street but not the property, so we needed to wander for a little bit.

We had a very lovely stay at this chic loft. Loved that it had two bathrooms as my partner and I were able to move faster with our mornings while getting ready. The location was perfect as it’s a walking distance to everything you may want to experience in playa del Carmen…I mean restaurants, clubs, the beach, grocery stores, street food, the mall etc. we drove and we were provided with many options for parking on the premises. The rooftop pool is a must!!!😍. The only difficulty we faced was locating the entrance of the actual apartment building…it’s a little confusing as there are two entrances. The security guards on ground was able to help us but it would be difficult to communicate with them if you don’t speak Spanish. Regardless, the host was very responsive to all our needs and we were provided with more than enough towels, sheets, soaps, to last us for the entire stay. I would recommend here if you would love to explore playa del Carmen the location is fantastic!!!

The place was hard to find. Everyone I asked sent me the wrong way so that didn’t make it better. But once we found it it was great. It was close to everything and very convenient. I would definitely stay here again!!

When we checked in the instructions weren't clear which of the buildings the apartment was located in. We were initially in the wrong building and had to text the property manager who didn't respond. After about 30 minutes after a canceled flight at 11 PM we finally figured out how to get in on our own with all our luggage. The next morning the manager texted saying it was after hours when we checked in despiting knowing we had a flight cancelation, and rough travel day, and when we would be arriving on the property. At the end of the stay the amount of chores we were asked to do was unreasonable. They wanted us to strip the bed, take the trash out, pile up the towels, etc - I paid a cleaning fee for those issues to be solved. Ask for a guest to do chores OR take a cleaning fee - but not both and not at this price point. That being said, the property itself was clean, in a decently walkable location, and looked as described.
